Job Description
The Role: As our Administrative Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring efficiency, organization and seamless communication across departments. You will oversee daily administrative functions, manage a talented team and implement processes that drive productivity.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a positive and high performing team environment
Manage office operations, including budgeting, procurement, vendor relationship and facility maintenance
Develop and implement administrative policies, systems and procedures to enhance workflow
Maintain accurate records, database and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety regulations
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Experience: 5+ years in administrative roles with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities
Expertise in office softwares
Exceptional organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Budget Management and financial reporting experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
Certifications: PMP, CAP or similar credentials are a plus
