We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description
Primary responsibilities of the Executive Administrative secretary.
o Manage office schedules and appointments.
o Provides high-level support to executives and ensuring smooth office operations.
o Handle correspondence and phone calls.
o Maintain and organize files and records.
o Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
o Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
o Ensure confidentiality in all matters concerning the executive and the company.
o Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
o The candidate must have the ability to develop proposals, letters of correspondence and other related documentation without supervision.
o The candidate must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
o The right candidate will join an ambitious team with great vision and creative energy and must have ability and capacity to work within a team.
o The successful candidate must also have capacity and confidence to work, communicate effectively.
o Strong analytical and multitasking skills and experience in performing rigorous analysis in support of highly visible work.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills sufficient to communicate complex subject matter effectively.
o Proven ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment requiring ability to juggle tasks to meet deadlines with rapidly changing priorities.
o Ability to work with colleagues and partners of varied backgrounds and experience.
