1. Recruitment & Onboarding
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company and its subsidiaries.
* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
* ⁠Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration
into the company.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
* Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and guide HR-related issues.
* ⁠Develop and implement employee engagement
* ⁠initiatives to improve morale and retention.
* ⁠Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting effective
communication and teamwork.
3. Performance Management
* Design and manage performance evaluation processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
* ⁠Work with managers to identify performance improvement needs and develop appropriate action plans.
* ⁠Coordinate promotions, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
4. Training & Development
* Identify training needs across the company and develop programs to address skill gaps.
* ⁠Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities for employees.
* ⁠Maintain training records

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 6+ years of experience, including managerial roles.
* ⁠Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
* ⁠Proven ability to drive cultural transformation and manage HR systems effectively.
