Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with sports betting platforms and a passion for delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including deposits, withdrawals, and technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the sports betting platform, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Provide guidance to customers on platform features, promotions, and responsible gambling practices.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while managing customer expectations.
Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system for follow-up and reporting purposes.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist in improving customer service processes and procedures.
Stay updated on new features, promotions, and changes to the platform.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the sports betting or gaming industry.
Familiarity with sports betting platforms and an understanding of how they operate.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries with patience and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service tools and CRM software.
