Position: Senior Facility Manager

Job Description (Summary)
As a Senior Facility Manager, you will lead the management of operations for assigned properties, ensure optimal maintenance, and manage relationships with contractors and vendors, including security and cleaning services. Your expertise in facility management for high-rise commercial buildings will be crucial to delivering exceptional service to stakeholders and tenants.
Facilities Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
Direct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of the facilities.
Supervise security and cleaning vendors to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
Financial Management:
Manage facilities budgets and optimize resource allocation for maintenance and operations.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Effectively engage with C-suite stakeholders to address strategic property management needs.
Property Management:
Ensure smooth operation and management of multi-tenanted high-rise commercial buildings.
Implement best practices for managing A-grade commercial properties to maximize client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience
A first degree in Electrical Engineering.
10–12 years of experience in Facility Management, with a strong focus on high-rise commercial properties.
Experience managing A-grade commercial properties.
Professional certifications such as COREN and IFMA are mandatory.
Excellent communication skills
Looks professional and presentable.
Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
Sociable and confidential
Excellent relationship management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
Ability to engage c-suite stakeholders.
Experience managing multi-tenanted commercial buildings is very key (high rise).
