Job Description (Summary)
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for securing new property and facility management briefs, managing leases, and ensuring return on investment for clients. You will also handle service charge budgets, client retention, and provide administrative and organizational support to ensure seamless property management operations.
Property and Facility Management:
Secure new property and facility management briefs for the business.
Manage leases and ensure timely rent and service charge payments before expiration.
Ensure client properties deliver optimal return on investment.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and referrals.
Manage existing clients’ needs and resolve complaints professionally.
Financial and Administrative Management:
Prepare, manage, and reconcile service charge budgets and accounts.
Provide timely reports to clients regarding property performance and finances.
Strategic Leadership and Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless property operations and client satisfaction.
Leverage knowledge of the Lagos real estate market to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
A first degree in Estate Management or a relevant discipline.
An MSc in Facility Management or Project Management is an added advantage.
Chartered membership of NIESV, ESVARBON, IFMA, or RICS.
A minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in property management.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
Looks professional and presentable.
Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
Sociable and Professional
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
Excellent networking skills
Excellent People management, administrative and organization skills.
Knowledge of Lagos real estate market
Budget: Open to Negotiation
