Production Supervisor AO

Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of plastic injection moulding processes to ensure smooth and efficient production.
-Monitor and control process parameters to meet production targets and quality standards.
-Check each machines Calibration for optimum output
-Manage and allocate workforce efficiently to achieve production goals.
-Provide guidance and training to operators and technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
-Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process
-Ensure products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications.
-Identify and address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
-Diagnose and resolve processing-related issues to minimize downtime and defects.
-Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
-Monitor closely that safety rules are followed and address potential hazards

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering Degree (Electrical, Mechanical or Production)
-Minimum of 2-3 years’ hands on experience in Plastic Injection Molding Process.
-Minimum 1-2 years of work experience of Supervisory Level
-Good interpersonal skills- able to work well with others.
-Able to read and write reports and good verbal communication skills
-Able to learn about the machines, products, and processes quick
