Job Description

As an Admin Supervisor you are to work under the supervision of the Group Head, HR/Admin. You are expected to work as a team with other members of your department.
In view of the above, your Job Description includes but not limited to the following:
Ensure that office Fixtures including furniture, telephone, fans, fire alarm, fire Extinguishers, Air Conditioners, etc are in good working condition. And where they are faulty, he shall take steps to put them in order within 24 hours.
Ensure that the First Aid Box for business units has all the needed first aid drugs and materials.
Ensure Fire Drill Excess takes place once a month in all the business units.
Ensure that all generators and vehicles in all company formation are maintained as at when due.
Responsible for the payment of all Utilities, telephone, and regulatory bills and dues.
Ensure all Vehicle documents are renewed as at when due.
Oversees the work of the Office Assistants (Cleaners) and assigns work to them when necessary to ensure clean office, factory, store, and premises.
Ensure all company vehicle handlers shall submit weekly Vehicle Healthy Report (Vehicle Check List)
Responsible for routine maintenance of official vehicles as at when due.
Ensure that good lighting and ventilation are in all working environments.
Responsible for all business units Stationeries and ensure that they are put to controlled use.
Ensure prompt rectification of electrical faults within working hours.
Any other duties to be assigned by the management.
Salary:
₦150,000.00 Monthly
