Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Intern to join our team. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Under the supervision of experienced professionals, you will support various operational, engineering, and quality control tasks, contributing to our efforts in process optimization and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Support:
Assist with day-to-day production line activities, including monitoring and documenting production processes.
Help maintain and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.

Quality Control & Process Improvement:
Support the quality control team by performing inspections and collecting data on production quality.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data analysis and hands-on support.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations on production metrics.
Aid in routine equipment maintenance and calibration tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
Work with various departments (engineering, logistics, quality assurance) to support manufacturing operations.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights and recommendations.
