Job Summary:
Hosts/Presenters are the charismatic voices and faces of the talent hunt. They create an energetic atmosphere and ensure seamless event progression both on stage and during virtual sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare scripts and adapt to live scenarios.
- Introduce contestants, judges, and key event segments.
- Maintain audience engagement with humor, energy, and professionalism.
- Serve as the face and voice of the event during live and virtual stages.
- Present the event in an engaging, professional, and dynamic manner.
- Conduct interviews with participants, judges, and guests.
- Keep the audience engaged and excited throughout.
- Collaborate with event organizers to meet the event timeline.
- Be responsive to audience reactions and feedback in real-time
Skills Required:
- Charismatic and confident public speaking abilities.
- Quick thinking and adaptability to handle live scenarios.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Prior hosting or presenting experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Availability for the duration of the project.
