Job Description

Role-Head of human resource
Industry- Nonprofit organization
Salary:18 million-22million per annum
Location: Lekki

.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and values.

.Lead HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and organizational change.

.Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent.

.Work with department heads to forecast workforce needs and develop strategies to meet staffing demands.

.Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting professional development and career advancement opportunities.

.Develop and implement performance management systems that align with the company’s goals and ensure employee development.

.Implement employee recognition and rewards programs that enhance motivation, satisfaction, and retention

.Manage compensation structures to ensure they are competitive within the industry and aligned with company goals.

.Develop, update, and ensure the company’s HR policies and procedures are in compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

.Advise management on legal matters related to employee relations, compensation, and HR best practices.

.Lead the development of initiatives that strengthen the company’s culture and improve employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company values.

.Leverage technology to streamline HR processes and improve efficiencies in areas such as payroll, employee management, and performance tracking.

.Identify cost-saving opportunities within HR functions while maintaining the quality of services provided.

Qualifications:

.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

.At least 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles (such as HR Director or Head of HR).

.Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
.Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with the company’s business goals.

.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex HR issues to all levels of the organization

.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
