Job Summary
We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in large-scale sales of solar energy, home appliances, and mobile phones.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the solar energy, home appliances, and mobile phone markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Develop and manage sales channels, ensuring effective distribution and reach.
Utilize existing sales channel resources to maximize sales opportunities.
Frequently travel within the region to meet with clients, partners, and team members.
Train, mentor, and develop sales team members to enhance their performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the solar energy, home appliances, or mobile phone sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N450,000 monthly.
