Job Description
- Conduct property valuations and appraisals accurately.
- Scout for new properties and expand the company's portfolio.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for property marketing, leveraging both online and offline channels.
- Utilize social media platforms to enhance property visibility and engagement.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate property sales and rentals.
- Prepare and present detailed property reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or valuation.
- Proficiency in property marketing and sales techniques, both online and offline.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and their use in property marketing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification in Estate Management or a related field is optional but advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary:
- ₦200,000.00 Monthly
