Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Officer with 3 years of experience to manage inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, oversee inventory movements, and maintain organized records. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth inventory processes and supporting the supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily inventory operations and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, providing management with regular reports on stock levels, usage, and trends.
• Coordinate inventory movements, including receiving, stocking, and dispatching goods, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Ensure proper organization of stock to reduce errors and prevent discrepancies.
• Inspect stock upon receipt and throughout storage to ensure it meets quality standards and is in good condition.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management or stock control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary:
₦150,000.00 Monthly
