Job Description
1. *Office Administration*: Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
2. *Correspondence*: Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
3. *Record-Keeping*: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
4. *Travel Arrangements*: Coordinating travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
5. *Meeting Coordination*: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
# Accounting Responsibilities
1. *Financial Record-Keeping*: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
2. *Accounts Payable*: Processing and paying invoices, bills, and other expenses.
3. *Accounts Receivable*: Managing and tracking incoming payments, invoices, and credit notes.
4. *Budgeting*: Assisting in budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
5. *Financial Reporting*: Preparing and submitting financial reports, statements, and analyses.
