Job Description
The Outlet Manager is responsible for the profitability of the outlet. He/She performs outlet-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and Back of House support. The Outlet Manager would , interact with customers and support employees to maximise revenue generation and enhance the customer experience. He/She maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety in the outlet.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Primary responsibilities include:
Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
Ensure that the facility consistently meets cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. standards, including Back Of House areas.
Delegate tasks appropriately to team members and assist the team as required.
Ensure that products are being served in compliance with operating procedures.
Ensure that service stations are clean, organized and well stocked at all times.
Manage cost and quality controls.
Manage outlet and equipment maintenance.
Manage the customer experience.
Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
Manage Front Of House and Back Of House Shifts.
Ensures compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies.
Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
Organise regular meetings to discuss about issues and outlet updates.
Optimise workforce for service excellence.
Assist in cash handling activities and develop expense and revenue reports.
