Job Description

Location: Jibowu, Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Budget: NGN 660,000 Monthly Gross
Job Description (Summary)
As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for financial planning, budget management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role ensures the bank's financial health and aligns financial strategy with business objectives.
Develop and execute financial management strategies to support the bank’s growth.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, MCT CIBN, ACCA standards, and other financial laws.
Lead financial reporting, tax planning, and audit processes.
Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred).
MCT CIBN certification is mandatory.
Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN) is required.
7+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in microfinance,Asset management or fintech.
Strong understanding of CBN regulations, risk management, and financial reporting.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
