As part of our strategic growth, we seek a highly accomplished and resourceful professional to serve in a dual capacity as a High-Profile Business Development Manager and Executive Assistant.
This role is ideal for a seasoned industry expert with a proven track record in business expansion, high-level strategic planning, and executive leadership support. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with exceptional business acumen, excellent administrative skills, and a strong network within the travel and tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Responsibilities:
• Drive high-level business growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, corporate stakeholders, and high-net-worth individuals to expand the company's market presence.
• Develop and execute strategic business expansion plans to achieve revenue and market share growth.
• Negotiate and secure high-value business deals, contracts, and sponsorships.
• Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee and manage client acquisition strategies, ensuring long-term partnerships and retention.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the company at high-profile events, conferences, and networking engagements.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier administrative and executive support to the CEO/Managing Director.
• Manage a complex schedule, including high-profile meetings, corporate engagements, and international travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential and strategic documents, reports, and executive correspondences with the utmost discretion.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution of decisions.
• Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and business proposals.
• Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events, business meetings, and industry summits.
• Oversee the management of executive office operations and protocol.
• Manage special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, executive support, or a similar high-profile role within the travel and tourism industry.
• A degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field; an MBA or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record in generating business revenue, forming strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals.
• Strong network within the travel, hospitality, and corporate sectors, with the ability to leverage key connections for business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling executive-level responsibilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
