Job Description
• Ensure dispatch riders contact customers before taking orders out of the premises
• Ensure all orders are received processed and completed before the close of business
• Ensure consistent follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensure proper tracking of products and materials across warehouse.
• Address any logistical challenges, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, and work towards resolving them quickly.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns related to delivery and logistics in a professional and timely manner.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including inventory, and storage.
