Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
✔ Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards.
✔ Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
✔ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
✔ Handle customer concerns and maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
✔ Drive sales growth through promotions and exceptional service.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in a QSR, restaurant, or retail management role.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
