Job Description

The Technical Project Assistant will support the BN Topside Project Delivery Lead in ensuring seamless project execution for the Bonga North Topsides scope and tie-in. This role provides essential administrative and technical coordination, facilitating a flawless start-up and efficient project performance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team.
Supervise and coordinate project administration activities.
Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and reports for the Project Manager.
Manage project communication and document control.
Maintain key project milestone KPIs and visualization tools.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for project documentation.
Oversee office equipment, supplies, and resource management.
Assist in travel and logistics coordination for project personnel.
Support cross-functional teams by integrating project methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
Challenges & Complexity
Supporting a mega-project with high visibility and technical complexity.
Managing multiple EPC consortium partners and cross-functional teams.
Navigating brownfield execution challenges with multiple interfaces.
Addressing SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) complexities in a high-risk environment.
Working with a diverse, multi-cultural team while ensuring seamless integration across stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline) with 6+ years of experience.
✔ Proficiency in project flow and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
✔ Strong skills in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
✔ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across disciplines.
✔ Demonstrated problem-solving and change management abilities.

Position is onshore-based during Detailed Engineering and Construction Planning Phase.
