Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.

Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide support in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with other departments to improve HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

3-5years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or related roles.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to details and ability to handle confidential information.

Effective communication and problem solving skill
Salary:
