Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor with expertise in DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) and AutoCAD. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing maps, and providing accurate data for construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land surveys and measure land features, including boundaries, elevations, and contours.
Operate and maintain DGPS equipment and other surveying tools.
Prepare detailed maps, site plans, and layouts using AutoCAD.
Analyze survey data and create reports for use in design and construction projects.
Ensure all surveying activities comply with legal requirements and company standards.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide accurate data for project planning.
Record and document survey results, maintaining clear and organized records.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Land Surveyor.
Proficiency in DGPS technology and AutoCAD software.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
Experience with other surveying software and tools.
