Job Description
Job Location: Ikoyi
Job Type: On-site
Salary: 150,000 plus commission
Experience: Prior experience as a Business Development Executive is preferred.
Job Description:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
4. Meet and exceed sales targets
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
7. Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of BSc or HND in Counseling and Education
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive
- Proven track record of success in retaining clients and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- People-oriented and friendly demeanor
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
