Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Processing & Administration
Process loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documents.
Conduct preliminary assessments of creditworthiness based on fintech lending criteria.
Verify financial statements, KYC documents, and other necessary records for credit approval.
Coordinate with credit risk teams to review and approve loan applications.
Loan Disbursement & Documentation
Ensure proper documentation and compliance before loan disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of credit approvals, agreements, and repayment schedules.
Work with finance and operations teams to facilitate smooth fund disbursement.
Risk & Compliance Management
Ensure all credit processes adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Monitor credit portfolios and flag any early warning signs of default.
Support internal and external audits related to credit administration.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with customers to collect missing documents and clarify credit requirements.
Work closely with the collections team to track repayments and overdue accounts.
Provide reports and insights on credit performance to management.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in credit administration, lending operations, or banking.
Prior experience in a Fintech or digital lending environment is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of credit assessment, loan processing, and financial documentation.
Knowledge of digital lending platforms and credit risk analysis.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
