Job Description
Our client is a leading financial services provider committed to empowering individuals and businesses with accessible and innovative financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow retail, corporate, and HNI liabilities to support the company’s lending operations.
Drive digital adoption and optimize digital channels for efficient onboarding, fund mobilization, and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., ACA, CFA, ACCA) is an added
advantage.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in wealth management, funds mobilization, or corporate
banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in sourcing retail, corporate, and HNI funds.
