Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement HSE Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
3. Monitor and Report Incidents: Monitor and report incidents, including accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents.
4. Provide HSE Training: Provide HSE training to employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure they understand HSE policies and procedures.

Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
2. Manage HSE Documentation: Manage HSE documentation, including records of training, incidents, and audits.
3. Coordinate Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response planning, including fire evacuation drills and first aid training.
4. Liaise with Regulatory Authorities: Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
5. Participate in Incident Investigations: Participate in incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
6. Develop and Implement Safe Work Procedures: Develop and implement safe work procedures for high-risk activities.
7. Monitor and Control Hazardous Substances: Monitor and control hazardous substances, including chemicals and asbestos.
Salary:
