As we continue to grow, we are seeking a meticulous and organized Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and support our accounting processes.

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to oversee daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have bookkeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records with confidentiality and precision.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
- Collaborate with the CEO and accountant to optimize financial operations.
- Process payroll and manage expense reimbursements.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Handle invoicing and payment processing.
- Implement and maintain effective bookkeeping procedures.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and or other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Nigerian tax regulations is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
