Job Description
Captrust Investment Limited is a leading financial services company specializing in investment solutions and loan facilities. We are hiring a Risk Officer to assess and manage financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify, assess, and monitor financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and frameworks.
• Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations to minimize potential threats.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Monitor market trends and emerging risks in the fintech and investment sectors.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and compliance teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Investigate incidents of fraud, data breaches, or financial irregularities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in fintech, banking, or investment firms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of risk assessment tools and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and risk management software.
• Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM, PRM) is an added advantage.
