Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Manager Volunteer to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing our community of supporters, volunteers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a positive and supportive online community environment across various platforms (e.g., social media, forums, chat groups).
Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and address concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and participation.
Create and curate content to share with the community, including relevant news, updates, resources, and discussions.
Collaborate with team members to organize virtual events, campaigns, and initiatives to involve the community.
Monitor and analyze community metrics, feedback, and trends to inform decision-making and improve community engagement efforts.
Act as a liaison between the community and the organization, conveying community insights, needs, and feedback to internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update community guidelines, policies, and standards to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all members.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.
Experience managing online communities or social media platforms preferred.
Knowledge of community management best practices and strategies.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
