Job Description
*Solve problems and escalate overwhelming ones to the Business Manager.
* Take customers' orders and ensure they are appropriately attended to.
*Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
*Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
* Prepare and send comprehensive quotations to clients to generate sales
*Provide pricing and delivery information, process orders, and form applications, and requests.
*Promptly meet client orders of goods and services, ensuring that the company-set service standards are achieved.
Requirements:
* BSC/HND in Science/Social Science
* Male/Female with working experience, fast learning, and proactive ready-to-work attitude and ability.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Result-driven as this is a high-performance output environment.
* Ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
*Dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills.
* Persuasive and influencing skills, strong negotiating skills.
* Good work organization, time management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
* Comfortable using computer
* Experience working with customer support service
