Job Description
Reports: Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Board of Advisors
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
o Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
o Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
o Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to ensure accurate projections.
o Evaluate potential investment opportunities to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
o Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Compliance & Finance Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with international financial regulations (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).
o Conduct operations and finance risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and preserve value.
Operational Excellence:
o Supervise all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax planning, and audits.
o Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs across locations.
Team Leadership & Development:
o Lead a diverse team of finance professionals across multiple geographies.
o Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the finance department.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with investors, regulators, auditors, and business partners. Prepare detailed reports for board meetings on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
o Achievement of revenue growth targets through effective cost management strategies. Timely delivery of accurate financial reports and forecasts.
o Compliance with all regulatory requirements across operational regions.
This role demands a dynamic leader who can balance technical expertise with strategic vision while maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethical standards in a fast-paced international mobile environment.
