Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. This person will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping with inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending suitable products. A strong passion for customer satisfaction and tech products is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, online, or via phone.
Answer questions related to products, services, pricing, and availability.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
Handle customer complaints or returns with professionalism and empathy.
Process sales transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat sales opportunities.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
Identify potential customers through fieldwork, social media, and referrals.
Promote and sell Estynetechspot’s products and services to new and existing clients.
Execute marketing campaigns both online and offline.
Manage and grow social media presence to boost brand awareness.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Report sales activities and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of tech products (phones, tablets, solar systems, CCTV).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Patience, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems.
Minimum of SSCE/OND/HND qualification.
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual skills are a plus.
Tech-savvy and familiar with mobile devices and solar/CCTV products.
Experience with social media or online customer service channels.
