Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing reservations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a pleasant first impression.
Manage restaurant reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists effectively.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurant’s services.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Process payments and assist with billing inquiries if needed.
Uphold excellent customer service standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or front desk staff in a hotel or restaurant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
