Job Description

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for a well-established restaurant in Surulere, Lagos. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in restaurant operations, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Manage staff schedules and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels.
- Handle cash flow, sales records, and basic accounting.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
