Job Description

Job Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Lekki

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our interior design school. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating programs, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Coordination:
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, and communications for programs, events, and workshops.
- Ensure timely distribution of program materials and resources.

2. Administrative Support:
- Manage front desk operations, handle phone calls, and respond to emails.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist with admissions, registration, and student inquiries.

3. Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between students, staff, and faculty.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries.

4. Organizational Tasks:
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Coordinate with faculty and staff on program-related matters.

Requirements:
1. Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
2. Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or program coordination.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
