Job Description
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary: ₦80,000 - ₦100,000
Client: Retail Perfume Store
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally across all platforms.
• Ensure excellent service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
• Track buying trends, prepare weekly reports, and suggest strategies to boost sales.
• Maintain store compliance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate restocking, and manage store records.
• Uphold the brand’s reputation through professionalism and high performance.
Key Requirements:
