Job Summary: (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our starting business, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue through prospecting, sales, and business development process.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect for new clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Make and receive calls to clients, prospects, and partners to promote our products and services.
- Send targeted emails and messages to clients and prospects to follow up on leads and close deals.
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Manage and oversee the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and expand the company's customer base.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify new business opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Candidate must reside preferably in Lagos State.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with social media management and marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
