Job Description
1.Organize and manage technical documents.
2.Assist the department manager in arranging work orders and maintaining work logs.
3.Organize department activities.
4.Check employee attendance.
5.Perform other tasks assigned by the department manager.
Applicant Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma.
2.Proficiency in computer software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
3.Being skilled in AutoCAD (electrical) is a plus.
4.Proficiency in Chinese reading, writing, and speaking is preferred.
5.Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
