Job Title: Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
o Manage end-to-end operations for order processing, packaging, and delivery confirmation of orders to customers
o Maintain high payment-on-delivery success rate through effective coordination with delivery partners and customers
o Oversee inventory returns and quality management across multiple product categories
o Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of products
o Maintain accurate inventory records for returns and repairs and conduct regular audits
o Coordinate the repairs and returns of products to customers.
o Manage relationships with delivery partners and courier services to ensure delivery of products as requested by customers and handle delivery exceptions.
o Implement and maintain quality control processes
o Generate regular reports on order fulfillment KPIs and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree
o 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or related field
o Strong understanding of inventory management systems
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Customer Interaction Experience
o Knowledge of ERP systems.
o Previous experience with payment-on-delivery operations.
o Strong customer service skills.
