Job Description

Administrative Support:
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital.
Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
Taking meeting minutes and distributing them.
Logistical Support:
Arranging travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
Running errands and handling personal tasks as needed.
Other Duties,
Assisting with research and data gathering.
Managing social media accounts.
Handling confidential information with discretion.
Salary:
₦300,000.00 Monthly
