Job Description
you will be in charge of the sales of company product to dealers and also end users.
you must be building, managing, and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies:
you must be able to create and implement sales plans, strategies, and tactics to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
Setting Sales Goals and Quotas: set realistic sales targets and quotas for their team and individual sales representatives.
Training and Development:They provide ongoing training and development to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
Performance Management: must be good in sales and must have master the act of selling solar product and lighting.
