Job Description
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Microsoft 365 services to ensure reliability and availability.
- Implement and enforce best practices for data governance, compliance, and security within Microsoft 365.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administration:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to meet the organization's requirements.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations.
Microsoft Power BI Development and Administration:
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and key metrics.
- Design data models and implement data transformations to support reporting requirements.
- Monitor and optimize Power BI performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Train end-users on Power BI usage and best practices for data visualization and analysis.
- Understand Business Processes and Workflows:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and workflows.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power BI environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IT solutions that align with business objectives.
