Job Description

Job Description (Summary):
As Book Keeper, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable: Process and pay invoices, ensure accurate coding and authorization.
2. Accounts Receivable: Process and reconcile customer payments, ensure accurate invoicing and credit memos.
3. Payroll: Process bi-weekly payroll, ensure accurate deductions and benefits.
4. General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensure accurate journal entries.
5. Financial Reporting: Assist with financial statement preparation, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
7. Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or certificate in accounting or bookkeeping.
1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks Certified User (QBCU) an asset.

- ₦150,000.00 Monthly
