Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly in a polite and professional manner
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff
Serve orders efficiently while ensuring correct presentation and temperature
Monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs throughout the meal
Process payments and handle transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service
Handle customer complaints or requests with a positive attitude
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
Attention to detail and a strong sense of hospitality
Basic math and cash handling skills
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
