Salary Range: ₦70,000 - ₦150,000 monthly
Trainer Role
We are searching for a Trainer to create and develop corporate training programmes for new and existing staff. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for gauging the training needs of individuals and teams, onboarding new talent, preparing presentations and teaching materials, ensuring trainee safety, and conducting feedback surveys to assess the effectiveness of educational programmes.
Trainer Duties
Assessing staff and department performance to identify skill gaps.
Creating training programmes for new and existing employees.
Preparing presentations, handouts, and learning materials.
Delivering training and responding to questions.
Onboarding new staff.
Conducting feedback surveys and researching new teaching methods.
