Job Title: Real Estate Business Manager
Locations: Lagos
Salary: N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
Attractive Salary with 5% commission on sales

Job Description
• Generate quality leads and constantly update database of Potential investors/buyers.
• Provide sufficient information on company’s products to investors/buyers.
• Counsel investor/buyers on investment opportunities, Prices, ROI, and Mortgages, Infrastructure and Projects’ features.
• Accompany buyers during visits to property and advise them on the suitability of the property being visited.
• Prepare documentation for each transaction.
• Coordinate the process of closing deals. This entails property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Follow Monthly Sales Targets, MBOs/KPAs and task assigned by Sales Manager. Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
• Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for growth.
Requirements and Skills
o HND, BSc holders can apply.
o Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
o Proven track of successful sales record
o Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
o Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
o Pleasant and trustworthy
o MS Office familiarity
o Real estate agent’s or broker’s licence will be an added advantage.
