Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets by executing effective sales strategies and following up on leads.
Maintain a deep understanding of the products to effectively recommend solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with team goals and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
B. Sc, B.A, or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) year working experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the sale of security equipment and devices like access control systems, turnstile, baggage scanners, CCTV camera etc will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience in retail or product sales.
Knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
