Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical products and solutions, combined with solid sales and communication skills. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting and demonstrating products, and closing sales in a competitive market. This role bridges the gap between technical product knowledge and customer requirements, ensuring successful delivery of tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold-calling potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products or services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and contracts with customers in line with company policies.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the product team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
• Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand and products.
• Ensure full understanding and adherence to company values, policies, and technical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and persuasively to a non-technical audience.
• Self-driven with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Positive attitude, resilience, and customer-focused mindset.
