Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows, or promotional events as required.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a professional and persuasive demeanor.
